Panel 1- Pilar: " Doc, what's wrong with my son? Is it psychological?"
Panel 2- Doc: " According to the check up result, your son Lazaro has TB!"
              Pilar: " TB?! My God!.."
Panel 3- Doc; " Yes, Pilar.. TB.. your son is Tamad and Batugan!"

Note: Tamad is Lazy and Batugan is also Lazy but in the superlative sense.
          I really need help in translation.. anyone?
